City Attorney's Report 


1. Consider Municipal Order 2025-66, to approve the minutes of a regular meeting held April 28, 2025. 


2. Consider Municipal Order 2025-67, to appoint Zack Curlin as the Cemetery Sexton of  Greenlea and Fairview Cemeteries. 


3. Consider Municipal Order 2025-68, to authorize the Mayor to sign the professional services contract with Bacon Farmer Workman Engineers for the Harris Fork Creek Mitigation and Scoping Project in regard to the FEMA BRIC Grant. 

4. Consider Municipal Order 2025-69, authorizing the City Manager to send a letter of intent with the Kentucky Division of Water to submit an application for the 2025 Sewer Overflow and Municipal Stormwater Reuse Grant in the amount of $2,344,000. The city Manager is also granted the authority to partner with the Purchase Area Development District in Preparing Grant Application documents and Grant Administration. 
5. Consider Municipal Order 2025-70, authorizing the City Manager to advertise RFQ's for engineering services for the 2025 Sewer Overflow & Municipal Stormwater Reuse Grant. 6. Consider Municipal Order 2025-71, to authorize the City Manager to Expend Municipal Road Funds on the purchase and installation of 5 streetlights with LED heads for various locations for downtown streets not to exceed $22,700 from Mid-South Electrical. 
7. Consider Municipal Order 2025-72, to authorize the Mayor and Fire Chief to sign an Agreement for Interstate/Interlocal Mutual Aid and Assistance between Fulton Fire Department in Fulton, KY and Union City Fire Department in Union City, TN. 
8. Consider Municipal Order 2025-73, to reappoint Leon Gwin Wood to the Board of Zoning Adjustments. 


9. Consider Municipal Order 2025-74, to reappoint William Jackson to the Board of Zoning Adjustments. 


10. Consider Municipal Order 2025-75, to authorize the Mayor and Fire Chief to sign an Agreement for Automatic Interlocal Mutual Aid and Assistance between Fulton Fire Department in Fulton, KY and Cayce Fire Department Inc., DBA Fulton County Fire Rescue. 

11. Motion to Read and Accept Resolution No. 0003, a Resolution Declaring the week of September 13-20, 2025, as Banana Week in the Twin Cities of Fulton, KY and South Fulton, TN. 
12. Discussion of quotes for Eddings Street and 6th Street yard waste disposal. 
13. Discussion of next meeting date which falls on Memorial Day and Budget Workshops.
