The Fulton City Commission will meet Mon., July 27 in regular session at 6 p.m. in the Fulton City Hall Commission Room. 
The meeting is open to the public.
The following items are listed on the meeting’s agenda: Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance; Roll Call; Remarks and Requests from Visitors; City Attorney Report; 1. Audit presentation; 2. First reading of Ordinance 2027-18, and ordinance renaming Bankers Place to BananaBoulevard; 3. Consider Municipal Order 2027-15, to allow the City Manager to advertise for bids on a Gas Utility Operations Software Platform for the PHMSA Grant; 4. Consider Municipal Order 2027-16, to amend the PHMSA budget allocations; 5. Consider Municipal Order 2027-17, to authorize the City Manager to sign the revised Bacon Farmer Workman Contract after PHMSA approved the Budget Amendment; 6. Consider Municipal Order 2027-18, to hire a Police Chief at the recommendation of the Interview Panel; 7. Consider Municipal Order 2027-19, to authorize the City Manager to sign the joint-funding agreement with the United States Department of the Interior for the operation and maintenance of the Bayou De Chien stream gage; and 8. Discussion of the closeout on ARPA State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds.

The South Fulton Commission will hold a public hearing on Thurs., July 30 at 4 p.m. to discuss the Proposed Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2026, and Ending June 30, 2027 for the City of South Fulton, Tenn. Afterwards will be public comments regarding Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2026, and Ending June 30, 2027 for the City of South Fulton, Tenn.
Immediately following the public hearing, the South Fulton Commission will hold a special called meeting.
Items on the agenda are: 1. Call to Order by Mayor; 2. Pledge of Allegiance; 3. Invocation; 4. Roll Call; 5. Approval of June Minutes; 6. Review of June Disbursements; 7.
