South Fulton man arrested on first degree unlawful transaction with a minor

According to a press release issued from the Fulton Police Department, 30 year old Edward Charles Taylor of South Fulton has been arrested and charged with one count of second degree sodomy and one count of unlawful transaction with a minor, first degree, stemming from an ongoing investigation by the South Fulton Police Department, into allegations Taylor had exchanged nude photographs with a 15 year old male juvenile, who was a resident of Fulton. Taylor was questioned by a Detective with the FPD and he admitted he performed a sexual act on the juvenile. Taylor is incarcerated at the Obion County Jail. He was a guard at the Tennessee Department of Corrections in Tiptonville, Tenn. at the time of is arrest.
